they each have their own pros and consfemale:
can be aggressive
can get pregnant or be pregnant when bought
can get cancer if not spayed
urine smells worse when in heat
male:
can probably stink a little more due to pharamones (neutering would probably fix that)
they are layed back more
they cant get pregnant
they can get testicular cancer if not neutered.

It depends on the individual rabbit. I would say that you should watch the rabbits before you buy one, see what their behaviour is like and how active they are, rather than just go on the sex. Also buy from a breeder rather than a pet shop, that way you get a rabbit that has been better bred and the breeder can answer your questions a lot better than a shop assistant can. Handling from a young age has meant my male has become very sociable.

Id say femal rabbits because they don%26#039;t tend to go to the bathroom as much and are less agresive. Also male rabbits tend to get wild and make a mess more thatn female rabbits.
I have a brown female bunny rabbit whose birthday was June 29th!

I normally say male rabbits- they tend to be more laid back and relaxed, whereas females can get aggressive and territoral when they hit puberty- spaying can help this, but not all the time.

males are normaly the better pet because females do get very moody and grouchy if you don%26#039;t breed them..

I would go for a female rabbit the reason being that it will give me small rabbits. But if you don%26#039;t want babies go for a male.
